About MCF Equestrian
MCF Equestrian’s goal is to provide a fun family-oriented environment. We are insured with 20+ years’ experience with horses. We are a full-service Hunter/Jumper show barn in the beautiful area of South Georgia, just a few miles from the Florida border. We are centrally located to service Tallahassee, Havana, Bainbridge, and Thomasville. We focus on proper seat and connection with the horse to create correct movement and jumping style that benefits both horse and rider. We welcome riders of all ages and levels. Our talented students have shown successfully in local as well as USEF-rated shows.
MCF Equestrian is a United States Hunter Jumper Association Recognized Academy. Emily Andrews, the owner, is also one of the only USHJA certified trainers in the area. Her dream and commitment to her students shows in every decision she makes. When hard work is your anthem and cultivating an encouraging environment where any child can go as far as they are willing to work for, is your goal, it is no wonder why we always see her students in the ribbons. Don’t just take our word though, come out and see for yourself. Our Administrations Manager is always excited to give tours and answer any questions you may have!
About The Owner
Emily Andrews, the owner of MCF Equestin, is a skilled horse trainer with extension experience riding horses of all breeds. She has a strong knowledge of horse behavior, and training the horse and rider as a team. Emily’s main focus and background is in Hunter/Jumper, with some experience in Driving, Classical Dressage, 3 Phase, and Western riding as well.
Emily beleives a rider can take something from all disciplines and become well rounded. She also beleives you will never stop learning.Emily works with many ranges of clientele; She loves giving back to the community through teaching those who might not be able to experience the joy of horses due to money constraints. She thinks everyone should experience horses no matter the background.
